well I think th ebest way to figure out whos better would be to strip them of any added enhancements and armor (ie: the painkillers, any energy shielding, and weapons) give them each a standard issue combat knife and toss 'em together. last man(or clone) standing wins.

actually, the ARCs are the best of the best, Republic Commandos don't have the same amount of free will the ARCs have, so they have a harder time thinking outside the box, in a sence, they're like the prototype for the ARCs. (not litterally of course)

that is true, they are human, but they're brains are altered so they are 100% loyal to the Republic, this is why they all carried out Order 66 (not counting the Republic Comandos and ARCs), and the clone that defects isn't under any Jedi Mind Tricks, he's acting of his own free will. I base this off of the fact that he says to Comander Cody that he's "trying to free his brothers from being slaves to the Jedi."

that's true, the ARCs are genetically modified to be physically stronger than their more common brothers and they were all thought by Jango Fett (and maybe the other Mandalorian trainers Fett selected), but the Republic Commandos got Flash Training and were then trained by the Mandalorian trainers at some point in their life, that's how they were encouraged to be differant from each other.

umm... Alpha-02 (Spar) is an ARC Trooper, not a normal clone, and but yeah, one of the Republic Commandos did get married (RC-8015 nickname "Fi"), but not to a Jedi, Mandalorian Parja Bralor

Only the ARCs weren't genetically the same as the others. Commandos just had better training than other clones, and were somehow taught to be more independent.

Yes, the commandos and arcs were not completely bread to be 100% loyal. Half of the nulls deserted the republic, one of the commandos got married to a jedi. Even one clone (Spar I think) deserted the republic before the army was shipped off the geonosis.
